How to Request Access to Creative Cloud Cornell EmployeesĪll requests for Creative Cloud access must go through your department's local IT Support Team. These licenses remain valid for as long as the student remains a Cornell employee or until a department requests that the license be canceled. Student employees of Cornell University may be granted Adobe licenses for Cornell employees, in the same manner as regular Cornell employees. Instructional licenses expire a few weeks after the end of the semester, to allow students time to finish late assignments. The request needs to originate from the department, and should include the student's name (first and last), Cornell NetID, and a short description of the student's academic need, such as a course requirement (please include the course number). This license is granted only at the request of the student's instructor, academic advisor, or academic department. This license is granted on a semester-by-semester basis, with Summer Session counting as a separate semester.
